Delaware nursing roles value ICU experience

In Delaware, nursing roles with ICU experience are often competitive because employers look for candidates who can step into high-acuity care with minimal onboarding. Pediatric or cardiac experience and bilingual skills can strengthen an application, while benefits like paid parental leave, PTO, and disability coverage may help a role stand out.
