Registered nurse (Rn) – assertive community treatment (Act) team
The Registered Nurse (RN) – Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team plays a vital role in delivering comprehensive, recovery-oriented nursing services to individuals living with severe and persistent mental illness and co-occurring disorders. Working as part of a multidisciplinary ACT team, the RN provides clinical assessments, medication management, health education, crisis intervention, and care coordination services that promote stability, wellness, independence, and successful community living.
