Provide comprehensive daily care for residents, including personal hygiene, mobility assistance, and meal service. Monitor patient conditions, record vital signs, and support nursing staff in medical treatments and emergency situations.
• Every other weekend day or every third full weekend plus every other holiday required.

Perform AM or PM care as required following the care plan outlined for each resident.
Keeping up with all changes to the plan of care throughout resident’s stay.

Assists residents to and from bed, chairs, etc.

Bathes Residents, gives shampoos, shaves Residents, trim nails, and assists Residents with personal and dental hygiene.

Ensures that room temperature and humidity are compatible with the Resident.
