Pay Range $20.75 - $40.99
The Patient Care Technician in collaboration with the multidisciplinary health care delivery team, under the direction of the Registered Nurse perform basic nursing care activities, assist in maintaining a safe, clean, stocked patient care setting, assisting staff members and help direct patient flow.
The disclosed salary range includes the minimum and maximum rates within which Children’s National believes an individual’s base pay rate will fall for this position.
It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the maximum of the pay range.
The exact pay rate for this position will be based on a variety of factors in alignment with the Children’s National compensation philosophy.

Requires a High School Diploma or GED and a valid certification as a CNA, EMT, or CPCT, along with BLS certification. Preferred candidates have one year of healthcare experience, ideally in pediatrics, or clinical experience from a nursing school.
