Affirmed Home Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for a 12-year-old female client in Ridgefield, CT.
This position requires previous pediatric seizure management experience. If you have experience caring for pediatric patients with seizure disorders and are passionate about providing exceptional one-on-one care, we'd love to hear from you.

Active Connecticut LPN license Current BLS Certification Minimum of one year of pediatric nursing experience preferred (home care, hospital, or acute care) Previous pediatric seizure management experience is required. Authorized to work in the United States Valid driver's license preferred Current physical completed within the last 12 months Current TB screening (PPD or QuantiFERON within one year) or chest X-ray, if applicable
