Overview Are you a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population?
If so, our Rehab Team at Peter Becker Community in Harleysville, PA is seeking its next employee-owner team member.
Peter Becker Community is a Continuous Care Community.
The patient population consists of long-term care, short-term rehab to home, Personal Care, and Outpatient/Independent Living.
Symbria also partners with a home health company and as a COTA you will be completing follow up home health visits.
This is Full Time position of 40 hours per week & does require one (1) Sunday per month weekend rotation.

As a Full Time Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA), you will work closely with the Occupational Therapist to establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.
Be a graduate of an accredited school for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants. Hold a valid or pending (for newer graduates) state license. Available M-F (5 days per week) plus 1 Sunday per month for rotation (will get another day off during week when turn for rotation) It’s great to have had acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience but not always required! Experience using Nethealth is a plus!
Must be a graduate of an accredited COTA program with a valid or pending state license. Availability for a Monday-Friday schedule plus one Sunday per month is required.
