Pay

starting $35.50ph with a $1500 sign-on bonus

Schedule: Mon-Friday, no nights or weekends

Shift: General 8/hr shift (Shift times will vary with facility schedule)

Pinnacle GI Partners is seeking Registered Nurses to join our growing team at our Lansing Surgery Center facility. If you're looking to transition from the demands of traditional hospital nursing while continuing to provide exceptional patient care, our outpatient endoscopy center offers the opportunity to work alongside highly skilled physicians in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

What you'll do

As a member of our clinical team, you'll play a key role in providing safe, compassionate, and high-quality patient care throughout the procedural experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess patients and identify healthcare needs
  • Develop, implement, and document individualized nursing care plans
  • Maintain accurate electronic medical records
  • Monitor and care for patients during recovery, including post-anesthesia recovery
  • Obtain and review pertinent patient history during the admission process
  • Educate and support patients and their families throughout their care journey
  • Serve as a patient advocate, ensuring a positive and compassionate experience

Qualifications

  • Current Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Clinical or hospital nursing experience required
  • Surgical or procedural nursing experience preferred
  • Current CPR certification
  • Current ACLS certification or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Requires a current Michigan Registered Nurse license and clinical or hospital nursing experience. CPR certification is required, and ACLS certification must be obtained within six months of hire.
