Evening Group Facilitator – IOP Davie, FL | Contract 1099 | Monday, Tuesday & Thursday Evenings 6p-9p | (1-hour groups; Multi-Groups a Day) Note: PRC's evening IOP program is set to launch in September 2026. We are hiring now for a September start.
You show up three evenings a week and hold space for adults doing the hard work of recovery. You facilitate structured group sessions within PRC's evening IOP program — bringing clinical grounding, genuine presence, and a deep belief in the healing process. This is not a clipboard role. This is relational, recovery-focused work that matters. Backgrounds that translate well: Substance Use Counseling · Addictions Treatment · Group Therapy · CAP / ICADC · Registered Intern (LMHC/LCSW) What You'll Do Facilitate evening IOP group sessions Deliver evidence-based curriculum focused on substance use, recovery, and co-occurring mental health Maintain timely clinical documentation following each session Collaborate with the clinical team on client progress and group themes Uphold a trauma-informed, recovery-oriented environment in every session What We're Looking For CAP, ICADC, or registered intern (LMHC or LCSW) required Experience facilitating substance use or co-occurring disorder groups Comfortable working independently in an evening setting Warm, grounded, and steady in group dynamics Bilingual English/Spanish a plus PRC exists to walk alongside adults navigating substance use and co-occurring challenges — and this role is at the heart of that work.
