About the role

Facilitate structured evening Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) group sessions focused on substance use and recovery. Maintain clinical documentation and collaborate with the clinical team to track client progress.

Evening Group Facilitator – IOP Davie, FL | Contract 1099 | Monday, Tuesday & Thursday Evenings 6p-9p | (1-hour groups; Multi-Groups a Day) Note: PRC's evening IOP program is set to launch in September 2026. We are hiring now for a September start.

About the Role

You show up three evenings a week and hold space for adults doing the hard work of recovery. You facilitate structured group sessions within PRC's evening IOP program — bringing clinical grounding, genuine presence, and a deep belief in the healing process. This is not a clipboard role. This is relational, recovery-focused work that matters. Backgrounds that translate well: Substance Use Counseling · Addictions Treatment · Group Therapy · CAP / ICADC · Registered Intern (LMHC/LCSW) What You'll Do Facilitate evening IOP group sessions Deliver evidence-based curriculum focused on substance use, recovery, and co-occurring mental health Maintain timely clinical documentation following each session Collaborate with the clinical team on client progress and group themes Uphold a trauma-informed, recovery-oriented environment in every session What We're Looking For CAP, ICADC, or registered intern (LMHC or LCSW) required Experience facilitating substance use or co-occurring disorder groups Comfortable working independently in an evening setting Warm, grounded, and steady in group dynamics Bilingual English/Spanish a plus PRC exists to walk alongside adults navigating substance use and co-occurring challenges — and this role is at the heart of that work. Requirements

Requires certification as a CAP, ICADC, or status as a registered intern (LMHC or LCSW). Candidates must have experience facilitating groups for substance use or co-occurring disorders.
