Provide direct Resident care.
Observe and report residents and notes physical condition, attitude, reactions, or any unusual behavior.
Ensure that the call light is always within reach of all residents and answer the calls promptly.
Perform basic nursing skills for Residents.
Encourage residents in self-help measures in activities of daily living to promote maximum level of independence.
Participate in Restorative Nursing programs.
Transport or escort residents to various areas of the Home.
