Clinical research PA roles are selective in Missouri

In Missouri, physician assistant roles in clinical research tend to favor candidates who already have hands-on clinical experience and can work within research protocols. These positions are competitive because employers often prefer a current Missouri license and prior research experience, while also valuing strong documentation, patient communication, and attention to study procedures.
