About the role

The CNA provides direct patient care under the supervision of RNs and LPNs. They are responsible for anticipating patient and family needs and collaborating with the healthcare team to enhance care delivery.

Job Description​ The CNA provides patient care under the direction and supervision of the RN LPN.

The CNA assists in the patients care anticipating patient family needs in a proactive fashion.

The CNA individualizes and modifies care according to the patients needs.

The CNA collaborates with other health care team members to enhance the provision of patient care.

Requirements

Candidates must have less than one year of applicable experience and hold a Certified Nurse Assistant certification. Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross is also required.
