Remote Behavioral Health Case Manager (Licensed) 100% Remote | Monday–Friday | No Nights, Weekends, or Holidays Are you a licensed behavioral health professional looking for meaningful work-life balance?

Join a collaborative care management team where you can make a real difference by supporting members with complex behavioral health needs—all from the comfort of your home.

What You'll Do Conduct comprehensive behavioral health and psychosocial assessments Develop and manage individualized care plans Coordinate care with providers and community resources Support members through crisis intervention, referrals, and ongoing follow-up Use motivational interviewing and coaching techniques to drive positive outcomes Identify and address quality-of-care concerns Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation WHAT YOU BRING - REQUIRED Master’s degree in social work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field Active, unrestricted clinical license (LCSW, LSW, LISW, LCPC, LPC, LP, LMFT, LMHC, LMSW, or equivalent) 3+ years of post-master’s direct clinical experience 3+ years of experience treating mental health and substance use disorders 3+ years of case management experience Experience with crisis intervention and motivational interviewing Strong technical skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, telephonic environment

Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $54,095.00 - $116,760.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future. Requirements

Requires a Master's degree in a behavioral health field and an active unrestricted clinical license. Candidates must have 3+ years of post-master's experience in clinical work, case management, and treating mental health or substance use disorders.
