Description Providence Hospice and Palliative Care is a growing division of Providence Life Services, which provides a continuum of healthcare, focused on senior living. Providence Hospice is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN), Weekend on Call, PRN in Homer Glen, IL, and surrounding suburbs. We are looking for a compassionate RN to join our established, experienced hospice team. We provide exceptional patient centered care to patients and families facing end of life.
Monday-Friday, PRN with evening on call and Weekend Availability Required. Mileage Reimbursement is included at $0.76/mile.
Pay is based on type of visit and on weekday, weekend, and holiday.
$60.00 - $95.00/visit on weekday, weekend and/or holiday and type of visit. Hourly for this position for training and attending meetings is $35/hour.

Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state of Illinois. At least (1) year of RN experience, preferably in Hospice or Home Health. Current CPR. Driver’s License in good standing. Reliable Transportation.
