• Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, weekdays What You'll Do Visit patients in their homes, not exam rooms Complete Annual Wellness Visits (Medicare) and Well-Child Visits Focus on preventive care, not urgent care Build meaningful patient relationships with unrushed visits Support seniors and families in their homes Document visits using modern EMR tools Must-Haves 1+ year of Medical Assistant experience Medical Assistant credential, certification, diploma, or equivalent qualification 6+ months of primary care or internal medicine experience Comfortable traveling daily to patient homes Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license and car insurance Open to statewide travel throughout Washington as needed Nice to Have Experience conducting Annual Wellness Visits Experience conducting Well-Child Visits Prior home visit, mobile care, field-based, or community health experience Perks & Benefits $31/hour pay Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) $0.725/mile mileage reimbursement Paid travel time PTO and paid holidays Schedule & Travel Full-time, Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM This is a statewide travel role based in Washington Candidates should expect home visits throughout Washington based on patient needs Mobile field role with EMR charting Make an Impact Help seniors stay healthier and independent by bringing preventive healthcare directly to their homes.
