Provide personal care assistance to participants to maintain independence in activities of daily living and physical activity. Offer behavioral support, medication reminders, and assist with general housekeeping and recreational activities.
High school diploma or equivalent required. Active certification as a Nurse Assistant in Maryland Bilingual Preferred Valid driver’s license and use of personal vehicle required for home care assignments. Experience in a long-term care facility or community-based geriatric program preferred. Minimum of one (1) year of documented experience working with a frail or elderly population, or appropriate training from PACE organization upon hiring. Strong conflict management and customer service skills, adaptable to changing work priorities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and electronic mail/calendar systems. Ability to engage in physical tasks such as kneeling, crouching, reaching, lifting, sitting, walking, bending, and lifting up to 20 pounds.
