- 401k plan after 6 months of employment

  • Position Participates in the planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care within the objectives, standards and policies of the agency, department and parameters of his/her identified scope of nursing practice. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments on all patients during the admission process to assist in the plan of care identifying appropriate Level of care based on their drug and medical history. Ongoing assessments and evaluations on Withdrawal Management and Residential patients to determine individualized nursing treatment plans and interventions.
  • Qualifications
  • LPN/RN with a current license in the State of Ohio
  • CPR Certification required
  • Two years of nursing experience

Requirements

Must be a licensed LPN or RN in the State of Ohio with a current CPR certification. A minimum of two years of nursing experience is required.
