We are hiring an After Hours Registered Nurse (RN) for a Hospice position providing end-of-life care to patients in their homes in the Southfield/Farmington Hills area. This position is eligible for a $10,000 first year success bonus to reward the accomplishment of key milestones during your first year!
Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a hospice setting, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team dedicated to comfort, dignity, and quality of life
Respond to after-hours and on-call patient needs by performing urgent assessments, managing symptoms and pain, and providing compassionate end-of-life support in real time
Support and guide patients and families during evenings, nights, weekends, and crisis situations, ensuring they feel informed, reassured, and cared for throughout the hospice journey
Apply strong clinical judgment and critical thinking to coordinate care needs, respond to changing patient conditions, and maintain accurate, timely, and compliant EMR documentation
Work independently, but never alone
Travel to patient homes within assigned territory
