Required: Active intern licensure in Nevada as a Clinical Professional Counselor Intern (CPC-I) or Marriage and Family Therapist Intern (MFT-I) Active or willing to obtain a substance use disorder intern credential in Nevada (CADC, LADC, or LCADC) Strong group facilitation skills and genuine investment in working with clients in recovery Commitment to trauma-informed, person-centered, and evidence-based care Solid clinical documentation skills and ability to manage caseload responsibilities independently Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Preferred: Experience in substance use disorder treatment or co-occurring disorder settings Familiarity with 12-step and other recovery-oriented frameworks Prior group facilitation experience in a clinical or community behavioral health setting
