A. Under direction, assist consumers in a mental health and substance abuse setting become oriented to the unit and familiar with the schedule. B. Facilitates social and recreational activities, encouraging consumer participation to promote rehabilitation. QualificationsQualifications: A. Must have a high school diploma or GED or one to three (3) months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. B. Completed CPR, Basic First Aid, Therapeutic Options training and OSBI Criminal History Background Check. C. Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance and Driving Record Background Check from the Department of Motor Vehicles. D. Ability to maintain appropriate therapeutic behavior. E. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others; to exercise initiative; and to exercise good judgment.
