This position provides personal care and/or home management tasks to clients requesting and eligible for Caregiver services, under the direction of the RN.
• 1 year caregiving experience, preferred
Other Duties
Reports to work on time, ready for shift, and appropriately dressed for role.
Consistently demonstrates Four Seasons values and competencies.
Completes required orientation and on-going training.
Participates in ongoing education and training offered by the agency and/or outside resources as required for role.
Practices professional boundaries and behaviors and communication.
Practices personal and environmental safety.
Perform other duties as assigned by registered nurse, office manager, or director.
Requires a valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance. One year of caregiving experience is preferred, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds is required.
