Presbyterian is seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for our outpatient hospice unit, you will play a critical role in assisting patients with their daily activities, ensuring their comfort, and supporting the medical team in delivering high-quality care.

In this role you will perform specific patient care procedures (such as basic wound care and catheter maintenance) and tasks under the direction of the primary registered nurse or other licensed clinician. All procedures, duties, and tasks are to be completed under the patients' care plan as ordered in conjunction with the physician. The patient care primary setting is in the patient's home which can include single-family residences, Assisted Living Facilities (ALF), or Nursing Homes. Patient level of care can range from skilled Home Healthcare, Palliative, and/or Hospice.
Qualifications: · High School diploma or GED
· Certified Nurse Aide-NM
· BLS Certification is required at the time of hire.
· 1 year of direct patient care in any clinical setting, in-home health, or hospice is preferred.
· Good driving record, as defined by Presbyterian, access to a vehicle, driver's license, and auto insurance.
