Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is seeking a dependable, experienced Skilled Caregiver or CNA to provide one-on-one care for a client in their home. This position is ideal for someone who values building relationships, providing consistent care, and making a lasting difference. Current Schedule Monday 9 pm -11 pm Friday 9 pm- 11 pm Every other weekend with split shifts 8 am - 12 pm / 9 pm-11 pm Consistency and reliability are essential for this client.
