About the Role

Location: Fulton County/Atlanta We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate professionals to join our Multisystemic Therapy team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve. As a Mental Health Multisystemic Therapist, you'll to provide evidence-based therapeutic services to youth and families. In this role, you will assess, develop, and deliver individualized treatment plans that empower clients to navigate life’s challenges, improve their well-being, and strengthen family relationships. Compensation This role is compensated on a salaried basis, providing consistent earnings aligned with the responsibilities and expectations of the position.

Compensation

  • $51,993 - $73,494 Placement within the range is based on licensure level, education, and experience (QP through Licensed Clinician). What You Can Expect Administrative and scheduling support Flexible scheduling options Supportive clinical and operational leadership Opportunities to build your preferred clinical focus areas Streamlined onboarding and credentialing support Responsibilities Deliver individualized therapy to youth and families in home, school, and community settings, using a strengths-based, solution-focused approach. Engage family members in therapy and support their involvement in the treatment process, emphasizing communication, problem-solving, and positive parenting techniques. Collaborate with schools, community organizations, and other service providers to ensure coordinated care and support for clients. Provide crisis intervention and support to families dealing with immediate issues or emergencies, while ensuring safety and stability. Be an integral part of a team-orientated environment. Participate in initial and ongoing training, supervision, and team case staffing.
