You possess an active Illinois Dental Hygienist License, Local Anesthesia certification, and CPR certification.
Competitive Compensation: Excellent hourly rate of $50-$55/+ a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Potential for commission bonuses. Health, Vision, Dental, 401(k) matching, paid time off.
