Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice/employment. Chemo certification required Minimum two (2) years of recent clinical experience for all remaining specialties including Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department and Behavioral Health, Infusion Administration. Required to have and maintain the credentials required per their specialty area: ONS certification, BLS (must be obtained through American Heart Association).
