The Certified Central Sterile Technician will perform their duties within the Instrument Room areas, including the decontamination, preparation, and sterile processing of surgical instruments and supplies for patient use in accordance with Hospital and Departmental policies and procedures.
Schedule: 2 pm-10:30 pm.
Monday-Friday.
EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
Successful completion of a nationally accredited central service exam for Central Service Technicians.
Holds and maintains the following credentials administered by a nationally accredited central service technician credentialing organization: Certified Registered Central Service Technician, (CRCST).
