The Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering and supervising patient care using the nursing process. This includes coordinating interdisciplinary planning, discharge planning, and providing education to patients and their families.
Overview We are looking for a Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) to join our team and care for our diverse patient population.
The ideal candidate will have prior inpatient hospital experience or a desire and commitment to learn.

The Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) performs routine therapy, diagnostic and emergency cardiopulmonary procedures for patients in PAM Health hospitals and maintains all equipment in working order. Provides phlebotomy and basic laboratory testing for the patient population as required or requested. #LI-EC1
Education and Training: Must be certified or licensed in the state where the hospital resides to practice respiratory care. Must possess and maintain current BLS and ACLS certification. Blood gas licensure required if employed in the state of Nevada. For hospitals that perform arterial punctures and/or run blood gases, at least a high school diploma is required, preferably an associate degree.
Minimum of one-year clinical respiratory experience preferred. Candidates must hold a current RN licensure and BLS certification, with ACLS certification required within 90 days. One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience is preferred but not required.
