The Imaging Assistant supports technologists within the imaging environment following established policies and procedures. They are responsible for performing a wide range of duties assigned by the Imaging department to ensure quality patient care.

Scope of Work Under direct supervision the Advanced Imaging Assistant supports and assists the Technologist as needed following the established policies and procedures within the Imaging environment.
Responsible for performing a wide range of duties as assigned by the Imaging department.
Must have good interpersonal and communication skills.

Required High School Diploma or equivalent 2 years of relevant experience 2 years’ patient care experience. Preferred CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association Upon Hire required Or CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross Upon Hire required
Candidates must have a high school diploma and two years of relevant experience, including two years of patient care. BLS certification from the AHA or ARC is preferred.
