Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and physical exams Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses Develop individualized treatment plans Prescribe medications and manage ongoing therapies Review diagnostics and coordinate follow-up care Perform minor procedures and wound care (preferred) Maintain timely and accurate documentation Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Active Arizona license as an NP, PA, MD, or DO DEA license with prescribing authority Board certification where applicable Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience Family Medicine experience preferred Wound care experience strongly preferred Strong clinical judgment and ability to practice independently
