Billet Health is seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Primary Care Provider to join our rapidly growing Mobile Primary Care division serving the Phoenix metropolitan area.

Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and physical exams Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses Develop individualized treatment plans Prescribe medications and manage ongoing therapies Review diagnostics and coordinate follow-up care Perform minor procedures and wound care (preferred) Maintain timely and accurate documentation Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Active Arizona license as an NP, PA, MD, or DO DEA license with prescribing authority Board certification where applicable Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience Family Medicine experience preferred Wound care experience strongly preferred Strong clinical judgment and ability to practice independently

Requires an active Arizona license as an NP, PA, MD, or DO with DEA prescribing authority and board certification. Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience is required, with a preference for Family Medicine and wound care expertise.
