Some weekend and holiday availability required. • 2nd shift: 2:30pm-11:00pm
Welcome new clients and complete the admissions process, including paperwork, facility tours, and answering questions.
Build rapport with clients while providing support, encouragement, and supervision throughout the evening.
Monitor client safety through regular wellness checks and documentation.
Conduct routine vital signs and report concerns to the nursing team.
Facilitate transportation for appointments, airport pickups/drop-offs, and approved group outings.
Help maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment during evening programming and bedtime routines.
Respond calmly and professionally during crises or emergencies while following established protocols.
Work collaboratively with nursing, clinical, and operations staff to support each client's recovery journey.
A high school diploma or GED (required), and at least 18 years old.
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
CPR & First Aid certified—or willing to get certified.
Experience or strong interest in mental health treatment or human services.
The ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
