Key Responsibilities: · Deliver direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician · Perform patient assessments and document observations and interventions accurately · Administer medications and treatments as prescribed · Monitor patient responses to treatments and report any changes to the RN or physician · Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers · Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan and implement patient care · Provide patient and family education and emotional support · Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) · Uphold infection control and safety standards at all times
