Qualifications

A Masters degree from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program Eligible or current Massachusetts license, with national certification (ANCC, AANP, NCCPA, as applicable) Massachusetts Controlled Substances Registration and federal DEA Controlled Substance Registration are required. Requirements
