About the role

The nurse is responsible for coordinating care for a group of high-acuity patients within a multidisciplinary team. This includes utilizing the nursing process and delegating tasks to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.

RN Required BLS Required Schedule: 3x12 - Days Experience: Preferred 1 year of experience as a bedside RN The Opportunity: This position functions independently and is accountable for utilizing the nursing process to coordinate care for a group of patients within a multidisciplinary team. he nurse delegates tasks appropriately and ensures safe, efficient and high-quality patient care.

The unit consists of 18 beds and serves a high-acuity patient population.

Demonstrates positive formal or informal leadership within unit or department.

Requirements

Candidates must be a Registered Nurse with BLS certification and an Associate Degree. While less than one year of experience is acceptable, one year of bedside RN experience is preferred.
