The Full-Time Physical Therapist will be responsible for providing a broad range of physical therapy services in an interdisciplinary setting, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in accordance with the position's qualifications, professional practices, and ethical standards. Ensures and provides development, quality improvement, problem-solving, and productivity enhancement in a flexible interdisciplinary manner.

Performs initial examinations and differential diagnosis.
2.
Provides and prescribes plans of care consisting of corrective therapeutic exercise.
3.
Performs manual treatments consisting of soft tissue techniques, joint mobilizations, and many more.
4.
Supervises and interacts with support staff and maintain proper documentation.
5.
Evaluates and establishes a plan of care and treats patients accordingly.
6.
Documents patient care and charges appropriately, and documents the course of patient care, including progress made and the ongoing need for treatment.
7.
Works with other professionals in an effective manner 8.
Provides clinically appropriate therapeutic interventions.
9.
Evaluates patient response to treatment and provides feedback to the interdisciplinary team.
10.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Atlantic Rehabilitation offers comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, audiology, wound care management and more. Requires a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution and a valid New Jersey license or eligibility for licensure. Preference is given to candidates with 3–5 years of experience in an acute inpatient hospital setting.
