What You’ll Be Doing: Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, dining, etc.) Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members Support residents with memory impairments in a safe, respectful, and engaging environment Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team
A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and reliable transportation. Experience in memory care is preferred but not required.
