Choice Pain and Rehabilitation Center, LLC is seeking a nurse practitioner (CRNP) or physician assistant (PA-C) for our Pain Clinics.
In this role, the provider will deliver clinical and professional medical services to patients requiring comprehensive pain management care.
The CRNP or PA-C will collaborate with their Chronic Pain physician and independently develop primary evaluation and consultation, recommend treatment plans, and ensure that the treatment provided is followed up upon—this includes interventional pain procedures.
This role is located in an outpatient setting with a Monday through Friday work schedule.
Pain management experience is preferred.
30 am - 5:00 pm 40 hours / week
Candidates must possess state licensure and board certification as a CRNP or PA-C. Preference is given to those with over one year of experience in pain management and strong clinical skills.
