What You’ll Be Doing: Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, dining, etc.) Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members Support residents with memory impairments in a safe, respectful, and engaging environment Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team
A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and reliable transportation. Experience with Alzheimer's or dementia care is preferred but not required.
