Join Our Team OnePlus Healthcare Group is seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and highly skilled Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) who is Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine to provide exceptional, patient-centered care to our growing community.

We are looking for a physician who is passionate about preventative medicine, chronic disease management, and building lasting relationships with patients. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is committed to improving patient outcomes through evidence-based care and compassionate service.

Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care services, including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management.

Perform complete patient evaluations, establish diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans.

Promote health education, wellness, and preventive care to improve long-term patient outcomes.

Coordinate patient care with specialists, hospitals, ancillary providers, and interdisciplinary care teams.

Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR).

Review laboratory and diagnostic results and communicate findings with patients in a timely manner.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical meetings, and value-based care programs, including HEDIS, Medicare Advantage, and Risk Adjustment initiatives.

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and organizational clinical standards and regulatory requirements.

Foster strong patient relationships through compassionate communication and continuity of care.

Qualifications

Required Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Active, unrestricted Florida medical license Current DEA registration with Schedule II-V authority Minimum of one year of clinical experience in adult, family medicine, primary care, or geriatric practice Current BLS certification Preferred Experience caring for Medicare Advantage populations Knowledge of HEDIS quality measures and Risk Adjustment (HCC) documentation Experience using electronic medical records (EMR) Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Creole) is a plus Skills & Competencies Exceptional clinical judgment and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Strong commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams Outstanding organizational and time-management skills Commitment to quality improvement and continuous professional development

Requirements

Requires an MD or DO degree with Board Certification or Eligibility in Internal or Family Medicine and an active Florida medical license. Candidates must have a current DEA registration, BLS certification, and at least one year of clinical experience.
