We are professional, agile, and innovative, with a goal to provide in-home supports to adults with disabilities throughout Central Minnesota. Our person-centered approach focuses on each individual's unique needs, promoting independent living and positive learning.
We are seeking dedicated In-Home Specialists to provide guidance and support to our clients living in independent arrangements. Responsibilities include:
Scheduling and maintaining appointments Assisting with finding gainful employment Managing household tasks Budgeting finances Engaging in community activities Promoting healthy relationships Each client has unique goals related to achieving a healthy, independent lifestyle. In-Home Specialists travel to clients' locations weekly, using their own vehicle, and design their own flexible work schedules.
