As a caregiver, you’ll provide both practical assistance and meaningful companionship to clients in their homes.
Responsibilities: may include:
Assisting with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting) Helping with mobility and safe transfers Meal preparation and nutritional support Medication reminders Light housekeeping and laundry Providing companionship and emotional support Transportation to appointments and errands Supporting clients living with Alzheimer’s or dementia Documenting care using our easy-to-use AxisCare app Following safety and infection-control procedures
✅ 18 years or older ✅ Dependable, responsible, and professional ✅ Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively ✅ CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within 2 weeks) ✅ Reliable transportation, valid insurance, and good driving record ✅ Ability to pass a background check and TB test (or obtain within 2 weeks) ✅ Previous home care or long-term care experience preferred, but not required
