W&I Float RN (Night Shift) Float between Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and NICU based on unit needs while providing high-quality, patient-centered care. $15/hour float differential + shift differentials Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for mothers and newborns across the continuum of Women & Infants services. Educate and support patients and families throughout labor, delivery, postpartum recovery, and newborn care. Demonstrate flexibility, strong critical thinking skills, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience preferred; Postpartum and NICU experience a plus.
