Pay range for this position is $46.94 - $58.26/hour.
Actual pay is based on years of licensure.

**$4.00 Night Shift Differential**
The Core Flex II Registered Nurse provides expert, engaged nursing care, aligned with their competencies, across a defined market or region within OSF HealthCare. The Core Flex II RN is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients using the nursing process. The Core Flex II RN is a highly knowledgeable, autonomous professional who demonstrates flexibility and adaptability, seamlessly working across various units and locations to meet patient and organizational needs. The Core Flex II RN role requires advanced clinical competence, informal leadership capability, and provides safe, compassionate, and high-quality care to patients across the care continuum in diverse environments.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) or completion within two years of hire.
2 years of nursing experience in an acute healthcare setting within the specialty hired. Participation in Clinical Ladder strongly encouraged. OSF HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
Candidates must have an Associate degree in nursing, a valid Illinois RN license, and at least one year of acute healthcare experience. BLS certification is required, with ACLS and PALS required for specific specialties.
