The RN’s primary role is to provide personalized patient care; support the provider’s practice by performing clinical duties and assisting in the coordination of patient care.

The RN’s communication, conduct and performance should support the clinics efforts.

Primary Responsibilities: Documents patient information in the electronic health record (EPIC) following standard work guidelines Assesses and triages patient care needs.

Suggests solutions to patient care problems & complaints Identifies & recommends solutions to departmental problems Assists in assessing departmental function and productivity & recommends changes as necessary Assesses patient/family learning needs and coordinates and carries out teaching plan Coordinates care for Heart Failure and general cardiology patients including telephone triage, advising and consultation with patients, nurse managed care coordination, patient/family education, and in office cardiovascular procedures Coordinates care across the continuum for specialty services internally and externally to manage heart failure complex care Manages care coordination with cardiomems patients and vendor representatives Demonstrates ability to carry out skills as outlined in nursing procedures for clinical areas worked including administration of prescribed medications & treatments in accordance with nursing standards and clinic policy Promotes positive, constructive approach to problem solving You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.

Required Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited school of nursing Active Registered Nurse license through the Washington State Department of Health Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers (AHA) or CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer (American Red Cross) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

Preferred Qualifications

BSN 1+ years of experience working as a Registered Nurse 1+ years of experience in telemetry or cardiac care 1+ years of experience in nephrology or dialysis Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $29.00 to $52.00 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable. Requirements

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school with an active Washington State RN license, BLS, and ACLS certifications. A BSN and experience in telemetry, cardiac care, or dialysis are preferred.
