Provide direct active treatment and training to adults with developmental disabilities in a group home setting. Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, feeding, and community resource utilization.
Responsible for the direct provision of active treatment to the clients including training and assistance in all areas addressed in the individual program plans of the clients to whom she/he is assigned. Teach and provide the support necessary for the individual’s use of community resources. Assist clients with daily living activities including (but not limited to) personal hygiene, feeding & housekeeping. Assist clients in all areas of social and recreational program activities for the day.
