Registered Nurse (RN) – Senior Living Visits Full-Time | Camden County, NJ BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Senior Living team serving Camden County, NJ. In this role, you'll provide one-on-one skilled nursing visits to adult and geriatric clients in senior living communities, helping them safely remain in the place they call home. As part of a collaborative interdisciplinary team, you'll have the autonomy to deliver exceptional care while making a meaningful difference in the lives of your clients every day.
Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans. Perform home visits throughout designated senior living communities. Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and other skilled nursing procedures. Complete comprehensive nursing assessments and ongoing evaluations. Monitor client conditions and communicate changes to the Clinical Manager or Client Services Manager. Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary team members while implementing physician orders. Provide case management and patient education to promote health, safety, and independence. Accurately document assessments, interventions, and client outcomes using BAYADA's electronic medical record (EMR) system.
Current New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license. Minimum of one year of recent, verifiable medical-surgical or clinical nursing experience. Home health experience strongly preferred, but not required. Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
