We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our night shift team. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care, administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents. Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members Respond appropriately to resident needs, concerns, and emergencies Promote resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations Utilize PointClickCare (PCC) and other clinical systems as needed
