  • 7:00 AM – 8:00

  • Tuesday: 1:30 PM – 8:00

  • Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 1:30

  • Thursday: 7:00 AM – 1:30

  • Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM Compensation $33.00-$36.00 per hour, based on experience. What You'll Do As a key member of our clinical team, you'll partner closely with our doctors to deliver exceptional care while helping patients feel informed, comfortable, and supported throughout their visit.
  • Responsibilities include: Assist providers using four-handed dentistry techniques Prepare treatment rooms and patients for a variety of procedures Take digital radiographs and intraoral images Ensure operatories are clean, organized, and fully stocked Sterilize instruments in accordance with OSHA and CDC standards Provide patient education before, during, and after treatment Fabricate temporary restorations and complete expanded functions as permitted by licensure Maintain accurate electronic patient records Support efficient patient flow while delivering an exceptional patient experience Collaborate with providers, hygienists, and front office team members to keep the day running smoothly

Qualifications

Current Minnesota Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) CPR/BLS Certification Knowledge of OSHA and CDC infection control standards Experience with digital radiography and dental software Coronal polishing and other expanded functions preferred Excellent communication and organizational skills Previous chairside dental assisting experience preferred Why Dental Associates Minnesota?
