We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinic Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The Clinic RN - is responsible for providing clinical, administrative, and facility support to ensure efficient operation of the clinic. This position supports providers and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care, clinic maintenance, and communication with other Ideal Option departments. The Clinic RN will provide clinical and non-clinical support as needed and directed by the organization.
Active Unencumbered RN License in WA Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in an outpatient clinic or hospital setting. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)Medical terminology Experienced with computers, including Microsoft Office Suite Effective written and verbal communication Previous knowledge of de-escalation techniques preferred, but not required Ability to adapt to unique patient needs and communication styles A knowledge of or propensity to learn about chemical dependency and its effects on individuals, families, and communities Ability to work independently or team setting Ability to work with underserved, vulnerable populations Strong commitment to actively supporting an ethical open working environment Preferred Experience: Experience with drawing blood. Work Environment: General office environment: Works generally at a desk in a well-lighted, air-conditioned cubicle/office, with moderate noise levels Virtual support from the Regional Director/Nurse Care Team Lead - daily, periodic onsite clinic visits Routine All-Employee virtual meetings for organizational updates Physical Demands: Sitting or standing required Long periods in front of a computer monitor Significant amount of typing required Occasionally lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
