The Physician Assistant performs technical procedures for patient admission, diagnosis, and treatment within the neurosurgery department. Responsibilities include conducting physical exams, managing care plans, and coordinating with attending physicians to ensure quality patient care.
Performs a variety of functions and technical procedures necessary for admission, assessment, diagnosis, treatment, follow-up and outcome evaluation. Participates in performance improvement, research and educational activities.
Critical Care Fellowship training or Neurosurgery and/or Critical Care experience required.
