Our primary location is at 25 Michigan, Suite 4200 NE, Grand Rapids, across the street from HDVCH.
We have outreach locations in Traverse City, Reed City, Muskegon, Holland and St.
Joseph.
We currently have 24 cardiologists, 5 surgeons, 5 APP’s, and 6 fellows.
It is a very busy practice, specializing in patient with “congenital” (born with) heart disease, from unborn babies, until end of life.
Our medical assistants work in pods with either another MA or an ACT, to facilitate a smooth workflow for our providers tight schedules.
Each pod will have a daily rotation of 2-3 providers.
Our clinical team works closely with our providers, perform chart prep, perform EKG on most patients, and place cardiac monitors when ordered during clinic.
